1. Describe the artwork, analyze the work, interperent the work, judge the work. 2. This is a drawing of my brother that I made for my portrait project. It’s him laying stomach down in the water with goggles on looking up at the sun. Drawing the actual image was pretty difficult because I’m not the best at human anatomy but I think it turned out pretty decent. I’ve been practice shading for a long time so adding details was fairly easy. Over all I think the art came out pretty good. 3. Copying is not always plagiarism depending on what it is you’re copying. If you copy someone’s entire artwork and call it your own, that it plagiarism. Referencing parts of an image for help is not plagiarism. 4. The warmup assignment I learned the most from was all of the assignments for drawing hands. I have never been able to draw hands well and I feel like I got a lot better this year. 5. The most difficult part of this class for me was the watercolor unit. I’ve never been able to do water color very well but I definitely feel like the unit has helped me learn how to use different techniques for creating art.
